Trineis the Chief Operating Officer at Opti-Fit, bringing over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and business development within the fitness industry.

Originally from Norway, Trine completed her education there and moved to the United States as an adult, where she began her career in sales. After several years with Orangetheory, she joined Opti-Fit and has spent the past 10 years working across nearly every part of the business, including design, office management, operations, sales, and human resources. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of the company and its clients. As COO, Trine oversees day-to-day operations, internal processes, and cross-functional collaboration. She serves as the bridge between departments, helping teams stay aligned, communicate clearly, and work efficiently toward shared goals. Her focus is on strengthening systems, supporting team performance, and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.

Trine leads with honesty, transparency, and integrity, believing that clear communication and strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success.

Outside of work, Trine enjoys spending time outdoors with her three dogs and caring for her mini donkeys and chickens. She loves staying active, being creative, and spending time with family in Norway.
