Trine By
Trine is a seasoned professional in business development, with a strong background in sales and operations in the fitness industry. Originally from Norway, Trine attended high school, college, and culinary school in her home country before embarking on a career in sales.
With three years of experience as a sales manager/sales trainer at Orangetheory, followed by eight years at Opti-Fit where she held diverse roles spanning design, office management, operations, sales, and HR, Trine has cultivated an extensive expertise in the field. Her focus lies in multi-family and affordable housing, active aging, and boutique fitness facilities.
Trine’s core values are centered around family, honesty, lifelong friendships, and integrity. She believes that transparency is key in cultivating strong relationships with clients, as it fosters trust, respect, and open communication.
On a more personal note, she finds great joy in spending time outdoors with her three dogs and caring for her five mini donkeys and chickens. Growing up in an active family, Trine developed a love for cross-country skiing, hiking, and playing soccer. In her leisure time, she indulges in baking, cooking, interior design, gardening, and unleashing her creativity. Additionally, she treasures the moments she gets to spend with her family in Norway.
