Justin comes with 21 years of experience in sales, leadership, business development, business management, cross functional integration & client consultation. He is a student of leadership and positive psychology and very much enjoys helping companies develop a growth culture where employees enjoy coming to work. Justin is California native and a lifelong athlete. On most weekends you can find him on the mountain lakes or trails with his friends & family. Justin obtained his Degree in Economics at Cal State University Chico and began his sales career in finance in north lake Tahoe. After playing all the typical sports he found his true love in mountain biking and still rides to this day. Having completed the downieville all mountain 2x and the motherload epic 3x and countless local MTB races Justin transfers the grit from mountain bike racing into his professional career. Justin deploys functional fitness, mobility and strength training into his weekly regimen that keeps him active, healthy and wakeboarding, snowboarding and mountain biking into his 50’s and beyond.

Justin moved to the mortgage industry in 2002 quickly becoming the top retail sales reps at Greenpoint mortgage in Marin. He moved to Folsom in 2003 to start a family and began working with Citigroup where he began his business management journey. Justin has been in Business & Sales management since 2004, where many of his duties were business development, recruiting, leadership, originating, coaching and problem solving, cross functional work within the company. He is a student of leadership and positive psychology and very much enjoys helping companies develop a growth culture where employees enjoy coming to work. He has developed multiple business units combing both operations and sales and enjoys the “seamwork” between departments . In his career there has been a high focus on driving cross functional efficiencies while simultaneously developing revenue generating partnerships and this is where Justin shines and looks very much forward to his role here at opti-fit.
