Brodrick Jones
Brodrick Jones brings over a decade of experience in personal training, regional sales leadership, and commercial relocation sales to his role at Opti-Fit. He began his career as a personal trainer, helping clients build strength, improve overall health, and develop sustainable performance habits. This hands-on experience shaped his understand of accountability, results and how training environments impact user experience.
He later advanced into a Regional Sales Manager role for a multi-location chain of privately owned gyms, where he led membership growth strategies, developed high performing sales teams, and drove revenue across multiple facilities. His leadership emphasized culture, consistency, and measurable growth.
Brodrick then transitioned into commercial relocation sales, partnering with corporate clients and property teams throughout the Pacific Northwest. Alongside business development, he supported project coordination efforts to ensure large scale office and laboratory relocations were delivered efficiently and on schedule.
In his downtime, Brodrick enjoys spending time with his wife, Noelle, watching their favorite shows, coaching his son Kyson in youth sports, and staying actively involved in his community.
